Graduation for Rama

What another big step for Rama and his soap business. The soaps have been poured into small containers, and new labels have been printed. The package will be sent to Austria in the next few days. Here’s a photo of the soaps and the receipt for the laptop he bought.

Thanks to your generous support, Rama has already been able to buy a (used) laptop, which is required for university. He’s thrilled that he’ll now be able to study more effectively. The soap-making supplies haven’t arrived yet—Rama won’t receive them until the end of the month, at which point soap production can begin right away.

The transfer has been completed—the funds from the project were deposited into my account and have now made their way, albeit with some difficulty but ultimately successfully, to Rama’s school and to Rama himself. The two photos show the completed transfer. Soap production is now underway, and the remaining rewards are being prepared—we ask for your continued patience.

What a journey—full of excitement, joy, anticipation, hope, and trust… These have been an incredible 30 days with all of you. With every euro donated, we got closer to our goal and ended up far exceeding it. We didn’t expect this, which makes us all the more touched by how generous your donations have been. With this video, Rama and I would like to thank you all and bring this campaign to a close.
