Children who had to flee within Ukraine could take almost nothing with them. We give them notebooks and pens, which they urgently need for school and thus bring some color into their lives.

We have been helping for over a year

Since the beginning of the war, our campaign has been supporting the people of Ukraine. Thanks to many personal contacts in Ukraine, we have managed to successfully and safely bring and distribute over 50 aid shipments to Ukraine.

So far, our attention has been mainly focused on medical equipment, medicines, first aid material for field hospitals and power generators. However, during our trips to Ukraine and through our contact with the Basel-based association «From Basel With Love», we also often came into contact with families who had fled within Ukraine and were able to take virtually nothing with them during their flight.

Help for the next generation

Children of refugee families lack everything. Especially school materials. We are talking about absolute basics such as notebooks, paper or colored pencils.

Through contacts with manufacturers and by buying in bulk, we can put together a package for only 20 CHF that provides a child with the most basic necessities.

We can only do this together

Although we have already been able to help some children, the number of displaced children is so large that we need more help. Our goal is to help at least 1’500 more children, to enable them to attend school in a halfway regular way and to bring some normality and joy back into their everyday life.

It is so nice to see how a few colored pencils and paper can put a smile on the faces of these children. Help us to see this smile more often.
