Hello friends,

So… the crowdfunding clock ran out last Saturday. We didn’t hit the magic 9’600, and in the cruel world of «all or nothing,» that means nothing landed in my pocket. Translation: I’m moving out, and you’ll get your money back. Zurich, you were cute, but finding a living situation here makes Tinder look reliable.

I needed the money to stay, and since it didn’t happen, I’ll pack my bags and look for another place to haunt. But don’t be sad for me: thanks to you, my story got told, people talked, shared, laughed, donated and even frowned a little. That’s already something.

So yes, I’m moving, but I’m not disappearing. You’ll see me again, somewhere between the rubble and the next WG kitchen.

Flyer for crowdfunding

5 days left! It’s all-or-nothing, like ordering fondue for one, it just doesn’t work. Help me stay in Zürich (and get your reward) before the pot disappears… I’m very grateful for everyone who’s helped so far. Uf, time really flies! Tzak tzak, and here we are, already mid-September with dark, chilly evenings creeping in…

Because of my grandpa’s health issues, I had to leave Zurich for 10 days to spend some time with him in the mountains. Bad service and acts of service intertwined, it was impossible for me to fight for a fairer system from there.

I’m back in the city since Monday, and you’ll see me popping up all around. Passers-by, beware! I’m not giving up!
