|Hop> the quantum game

What is it?

«Quantum»? Did someone say «quantum»? With |Hop>, dive into the world of atoms and embark on a thrilling adventure. Hop your electrons, harness the power of energy, and explore the captivating realm of physics! ⚛️

In |Hop>, you play as a physicist on a mission. An accident has occurred at the university: a cutting-edge experiment machine has malfunctioned due to uncontrolled energy. Each player must prove that it was someone else who made the mistake. Funding is at stake! So, roll up your sleeves and get ready to fry those electrodes! 🔥

How does it work?

|Hop> lets you customize almost every aspect of your game so you never have to play the same game twice!

You start by setting up your board, composed of atoms aligned in a grid ⚛️. Want a square grid? Go for it! Triangular? You got it! Any grid you want, you can play with it.

Each player chooses where to start by placing their electrodes on the grid 🔋With the help of 5 quantum moves, you hop your electrons in the board to attack your opponents as fast as you can.

But don’t forget about energy ⚡! You can play with multiples different combinations of energy cards (Hamiltonians), each with a different winning strategy.

Use your reserve of energy to unlock effect cards and modify the game. Create vortices 🌀 to twirl your electrons or resistances 💡 to gain extra energy. 7 unique effects cards are available.

Win the game by hopping an electron into the opponent’s source, and avoid getting caught by the professor 🎓.

How can you help?

We’ve received incredible feedback and high demand for |Hop> from enthusiastic gamers. Unfortunately, producing limited quantities isn’t cost-effective, leading to a hefty 80€ price tag per game . To provide |Hop> at a reasonable cost, we must order at least 500 units. By launching this crowdfunding campaign, we aim to meet this production target, making |Hop> available to more players at an affordable price 💸.
