PerlinPainPinte : Save bread by drinking beer! 🍞🍺
Hi everyone! We’re PerlinPainPinte, a team of 4 energetic students from the HES-So in Sierre, with an idea that’s a bit crazy but above all eco-friendly and super-tasty: to turn unsold bread into… beer! Yes, why let delicious bread go to waste when you can recycle it into a tasty craft lager? 🍻
The idea? It's as simple as bread!
In our beautiful Valais region, local bakeries throw away kilos of unsold bread every day. We decided to give them a second life by using them as an ingredient to brew a unique beer, full of flavour and history. As well as being an innovative project, it’s an environmentally-friendly solution to food waste! ♻️
