In a Psycho-Spiritual Therapy (PST) session, we go back to the origin of a problem, most often a childhood trauma. Using Ericksonian hypnosis, we will explore the complex and often negative emotions that are repressed in your unconscious and that prevent you from living fully or that hold you back in some area of your life.
This technique is based on transpersonal psychology, the Maieutics of the Soul (the art of giving birth to spirits) in addition to a diversity of psycho-therapeutic tools, to work with you as closely as possible to who you are in the moment, and taking into account what you bring to this consultation.
