Avant la fin de notre crowdfunding, nous avons souhaité vous montrer à quoi ressemble, actuellement, l’Atelier 9. Il y a encore des choses à faire, et on se réjouit que tout soit terminé, avec les meubles définitifs. Pour le moment on peut déjà y travailler et vous recevoir.

About the Initiators

Aurore de Geer

A passionate designer and maker Aurore has been working in the creative sector for over ten years.
A saxophone player since the age of eight, she has worked in the world of theatre, collaborated with different professions and thus acquired an ease with collective projects.
After having worked at the HEAD in the jewellery department, she is now launching this new project with lots of optimism.

Muriel began her jewellery career at workshops supplying the boutiques on the Place Vendôme in Paris. In 2007 she decided to pursue a Bachelor's in Jewellery and Object design at the HEAD in Geneva. In parallel to her creative pursuits she has worked as a social worker at several city of Geneva associations.
Now, she seizes the opportunity to be part of this collective and open launch Atelier 9.

Born in Denmark and raised in Turkey, Oya arrived in Switzerland to study architecture at EPFL. She ended up with a Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery and Object design from the HEAD in Geneva, followed by a Master’s from the Royal College of Art in London.
Back in Geneva she’s putting all of her acquired experiences from here and there into this new venture, a place for making, exhibiting and sharing
