Our goal
Our purpose is to create a play and go on tour with it. A recondite and at the same time an entertaining play which responds to different audiences.
The play will require 3 months of non-stop hard work (April, May and Juin 2015) and during this time we can count on the support of the artist residencies «Château de Monthelon» and «Le Cheptel Aleikoum» in France for rehearsing.
Our play
«LifeBag» the title of the play, is based on movement, music and dance where bodies move within a symbolic space:
A tackle-structure will be required with hanging bags in movement, pullied and manipulated through simple ropes, resulting in a confrontation between a speaking body and a mechanical structure. The weight of the hanging bags represents, the inner baggage built into each and every one of us.
The central point is the personal confrontation with work, love, sense of self, life and death – to face the unknown alone and at the same time be protected by the social environment.

How we work
In a first stage we will focus social machinery using improvisation as a first approach. In the second part we will combine the use of apparatus with material developed from the first stage. In the last part we will combine all aspects mentioned thus far and the message behind our performance will be made apparent. We work as an autonomous company and are therefore actors, technicians and administrators in one.

To realize a project involving nine people is cost-intensive. Giving up on the project because of financial reasons is not an option for us. We are convinced that close cooperation between us is our forté.
Your donations allows us to buy the main part of our needed material. With the money we will be able to build the tackle-structure and afford the tourtrailer.
