Why?

Since my childhood I am impressed by wearables and technology. That’s why I want to start a new collection that merge both of them. It’s fun to explore different ways of creating connections between two artistic areas like fashion and new media.

Who?

Behind this project stands me, a young artist and designer, with all my heart. In my work I thematically deal with different conceptions of paradise in order to inspire people who are in search of a possible definition of its own. On the other hand, the platform «Institute for paradise research» offers products at the interface between art, design and new media which are characterized by the practical benefits for the customer, for its originality and innovation. I’ve been motivated to do this project my an exhibition that I saw 2012 in Milan. There, some promising projects have dealt with the discovery of something wondrous.

What?

An example of this is a scarf which is not only during the daytime a nice portable utensil with a hand-painted pattern on it; even at night it sparkles hanks to its small built-in LEDs from all its sides. What is special about my project is that it is possible to wash the Textiles in a washing machine – despite their handmade quality and the built-in technology.

How?

Please support me so that I can motivate people with the project to wear handmade clothes without the fear of new technologies! To make it happen my collection, I need only one thing: money for the necessary materials.
