Bringing the Science Declaration to Zurich

We are a group of scientists, innovators, dreamers and concerned citizens from every corner of the world. We believe that human progress depends on science and technology. Not division. But collaboration and discovery.

Science is the key to solving humanity’s greatest challenges: curing diseases, feeding a growing population, protecting our planet and unlocking the mysteries of the universe.

Why Zurich?

Zurich is a hub for science, technology and international cooperation. By hosting this declaration, we can spark conversations, attract young talent to science, and push for more resources to fuel research and development.

In short, together we can turn optimism into action and ensure that the technologies needed for a sustainable, peaceful future are developed in time.

Our Mission

We want to bring the «Make Science Not War» Science Declaration that started in Darmstadt to Zurich, a city at the heart of innovation and global dialogue. This declaration, born at the Curious2018 – Future Insight™ Conference, has already inspired thousands worldwide. Cities likes San Francisco, Berlin, Paris, Boston, Tel Aviv and others have joined.

Now, we aim to gather 1 million signatures to amplify its message and present it to governments, decision-makers, and the public—starting right here in Zurich.

Your Support Will Help to

  • Organize a high-impact event in Zurich to showcase the declaration.
  • Collect signatures and spread the message across Switzerland and beyond.
  • Engage with local universities, research institutions and policymakers to drive change.

Together, we can shape public opinion, inspire the next generation and create a world where science leads the way. Join us now!
