Have you ever participated in an activity where the interactions with others left you wanting more? Difficult to initiate conversation with, or lacking in shared interests with the individuals you have just encountered? At times, it can be difficult to discern which individuals among a large group of participants we might truly communicate with and collaborate with.

Nevertheless, the way we interact today will impact the way we live tomorrow. While one may elect to allow chance to determine their future, an alternative path is to actively pursue opportunities that will advance their destinies. It can mean the difference to meet the right individuals at the right time in both your personal and professional life. It may even serve as a determining factor in determining the correct course of action, discovering a resolution, actualizing a personal aspiration, or simply fostering human connection through the exchange of ideas.

Despite the abundance of available options such as events, social networks, apps, and circles of acquaintances, a straightforward, genuine, and enduring method of connecting individuals appears to be unattainable. It is particularly difficult to weave quality relationships when we know little to nothing about the individuals involved. It requires fortitude, time, and effort, even from the most at ease among us.

We organize original interactive and thematic events (in French-speaking Switzerland, then in German-speaking Switzerland), where the quality of interactions is placed at the center. A facilitator ensures that the proceedings are dynamic and organized to maximize the conviviality and effectiveness of the meetings. A careful selection of speakers in a variety of formats is integrated to suit the circumstances, making each of our events an enriching experience.

• 📱Events and networking app

The events and networking application, which we have developed in-house, streamlines participant communication prior to, during, and subsequent to events. Its design is distinguished from conventional matchmaking applications by the incorporation of novel features. Effective matchmaking is ensured by the creation of profiles that are predicated on an individual’s current requirements, passions, and social interactions.

We put our know-how at the disposal of public and private event organizers of all sizes. We focus on our core business: creating quality interactions to benefit your events. We take charge of managing and animating the interactive part of the event, thanks to our animation concept, and we reserve a private space in our application for your participants to use to connect with each other.

YAN: Among his many entrepreneurial, technical and artistic facets, Yan is a facilitator, trained in particular in innovation methods, as well as a team coach, and has solid field experience in managing group interactions. He also has a proven track record in designing and managing public and private events, and has developed his own methods over the years.

DIANA: Dynamic, human and relationship-oriented… Diana’s eclectic background makes her a natural facilitator. Her versatility stems from two decades of expertise in management, finance, human resources, events and marketing. Through her technical skills and empathy, Diana builds bridges between individuals to forge authentic, fruitful and lasting relationships.

MONICA: As a marketing and digital strategy specialist, Monica can quickly identify needs and propose appropriate solutions in marketing, project management, event management, product and service development, logistics and training. Focusing on both the big picture and the details, she works out the strategic aspects and the implementation on the ground.

Help us create the first events and develop the application

◼️ The evaluation and incubation phase has been funded exclusively through internal resources. We require CHF 20,000 in order to allow the initiative to be introduced to the market in the spring of 2024.

🎯 If we reach our goal, we will be able to implement the following:

• Application development: We designed the algorithm and the design. However, we need specific skills for implementation and deployment.
• Event launches: We’ll be setting up collaborations with our partners, doing digital and on-the-ground promotion, and acquiring event equipment.
• Structure: To keep things running, we’ll be setting up a small, agile structure to help us optimize costs.

🎯 If we exceed our target of CHF 20,000, we will invest the additional funds as follows:

• Business development: Our growth will accelerate in direct proportion to our visibility. We will have the privilege of increasing our operational engagement in the prominent cities of Switzerland and establishing Meetinity as a global phenomenon!
• Features: We possess a lot of concepts that we are able to integrate into the application and validate in collaboration with you. Rapidly, we will be able to enhance the user experience.
• Team reinforcement: By strengthening our core team, we’ll be able to innovate further in the field of digitalized event experience and train more facilitators for our events.
