A new Project Space in Geneva
MJ Gallery is a new non-for-profit project space focusing on contemporary practices in art and music through the scope of digital cultures. Its opening is planned for May 2013.
MJ is too curious to only rely on the specific workings of novel technologies. It is rather interested in focusing on the socio-cultural implications caused by the use of new technologies and the Internet. It adopts a «post-digital» position. This point of view allows exploring broader fields and addressing topics such as dissemination, communication, methods of presentation or materialization vs virtuality, to name only a few examples.
Exhibitions punctuated by musical events between each art shows will be the guideline of the space.
Your contribution
