Tonight we had a wonderful vernissage of the music box. Many thanks to all of you who were able to attend. It was great to spend some time with you! Those you could not come should receive their music boxes and other rewards as soon as possible.

I’m happy and proud to announce that today I received the music boxes fresh from the factory. Now I finally have one in my hand! It plays nicely, looks good – everything just turned out as I wanted. Thanks again to all of you for making this happen.
Now it will take a little bit more time for the final «Montreux touch», and then the music boxes will be delivered or shipped to you.
The vernissage will be on July 9th in Montreux. All backers will receive a personal invitation. Hope to see all of you backers there!

I just got the message that the mechanical part of the music box is finished. The next step will be mounting it into the final box, and then it will soon be ready for delivery.
Soeben erreicht mich die Nachricht, dass das Werk fertiggestellt ist. Je geht es noch darum, es in die Dose zu montieren. Und dann kann sie schon bald geliefert werden.
Je viens d’apprendre que le mouvement est terminé. Il reste maintenant à le monter dans la boîte finale, et ensuite elle pourra bientôt être livrée.

Some of you (especially the lawyers!) expressed some concern about copyright. Is it OK to publish a tune on a music box? Please be assured! The production is announced to Suisa, the Cooperative Society for Music Authors and Publishers in Switzerland, and of course we pay the legal fees for the distribution. Thanks again to all of you!
Einige von Euch (vor allem die Juristen!) haben sich Sorgen gemacht, ob die Urheberrechte berücksichtigt wurden. Selbstverständlich! Die Produktion wird bei der Suisa, der Schweizer Genossenschaft der Urheber und Verleger von Musik, angemeldet und wir begleichen die reglementarischen Gebühren. Nochmals besten Dank an alle!
Certains de vous (surtout les juristes!) se font des soucis pour les droits d’auteur. J’y ai bien pensé aussi, évidemment! La production est annoncée à la Suisa, la coopérative suisse des auteurs et éditeurs de musique et nous payons les taxes légales. Donc pas de problème! Merci encore à toutes et à tous!

With 46 hours to go and almost 100% reached, I’m sure we will reach the goal. And I am grateful to all my backers for the great support. To honor this, I am planning to have a special, backers-only vernissage of our music boxes, as soon as they arrive from production. Hope to see many of you there.
Avec 46 heures restantes et presque 100%, il semble que nous allons droit au but. Merci à toutes et à tous pour votre soutien si précieux. Je prévois faire un vernissage réservé au contributeurs dès que les boîtes arrivent. J’espère y voir beaucoup d’entre vous.
