Le jardin de Luca - musical puppet show

A hill, a hut, a vegetable garden, a mountain. But where is this wonderful garden? How much time are we going to spend with the inhabitants of this place? A dream, a reality? We’re plunged into a fabulous universe where we enjoy every moment, singing about life and the vagaries of time. Punctuating the story, a majestic star reigns over the garden, bringing forth day and night. Get ready! Luca and his friends invite you to join their big family! It’s going to swing!

This show takes a positive, playful and dreamlike approach to questions about nature, life and our relationship with it, using puppets and a staging accessible to all ages.

Thanks in particular to the support of the town of La Tour-de-Peilz and the «La Fabrik» theater, the collective’s temporary residence, the project was able to see the light of day after 3 years of creation.

The residency is scheduled to end on February 24 and 25, when «Le Jardin de Luca» will be performed for the first time over 2 days, at 10:30 and 14:00.

Collectif Papillon

The Collectif Papillon, founded in 2020 in La Tour-de-Peilz, is a network of artists and animators who work through artistic events and various educational methods to help spread respect for nature, understanding of the world around us and love for all beings who share the planet with us.

Daniela Cigale, founder of the collective and creator of the «Permaculture Enfantaisie» project (presented throughout the year in schools and cultural spaces) is back in style with her new puppet show «Le Jardin de Luca».

Thank you for your support!

The sets and puppets have been developed by artists using special equipment adapted for touring, to enable multiple performances in a variety of venues such as theaters, schools and community halls. We’ll be continuing our tour after our performance at the «Fabrik».

Thanks to your support, we’ll be able to finalize the technical elements of the show: sets, costumes and lighting. You will also contribute to the logistics of the many rehearsals: meals, transportation, expenses, set rentals and storage. You’ll also enable us to provide extensive communication to give this magical show a high profile (posters, flyers, media…).

And above all, your support will give us the impetus to continue developing our projects! Thank you so much for your support!
