Group Moving Body Class
In order to show my gratitude you will be get the unique chance to participate in one of my Group Yoga or Contemporary Dance Improvisation Class. The Yoga class is based on Ashtanga. Each Yoga class contains Breathing Exercise (Prana), Physical Exercise (Asana) & Meditation (Nidra). Due to my half Indian roots, there is a strong spiritual focus in my teaching. Born 9.1.1963 in Gmunden, (Austria). Studied arts at the New College of California in San Francisco (USA) and spent 2 years in California. Studied ethnology in Vienna. Afterwards 2 years stay in Berlin. Over 20 years of work in hotel management, sales consulting and business administration. Since 2010 project management in art and culture.
