Oh woooow. Energy in healthy. As we all know this one situation in everyday life and the shift to energy, the boost to get back into the flow. Whether at work, ..driving, doing sports- or workout, or partying.
Already in childhood our palate is manipulated by the industry with sugar, which is added to almost all foods, accustomed to sugar and even made dependent. Characterized by my passion for cooking and occupational Michelin starred cuisine, I have been dealing with this subject for many years, especially the world of energy products. In >90% of cases, only consumed because of the «kick» /effect and like all of us, but also our children, descendants and young people, are massively damaged in the long term on all levels; body, mind and soul. This sad truth, I took as an opportunity to change this situation to the better and to put energy into the long overdue new age, because we are closest to ourselves, our own body and health in the 1st place, each and every one of us suits us.
