Rougaïl, cuisine métissée

Hello, We would once again like to thank you and let you know that Wemakeit has given us an additional 24 hours. We have reached 90% of our goal, so please spread the word and encourage those around you in the hope that they will take part in this wonderful adventure. This is the project of a lifetime, and we are putting all our heart into it so that we can soon welcome you to our lovely food truck. It will arrive on Wednesday , followed by a few administrative steps (registration, food truck license), setup, and the purchase of equipment and a towing vehicle, with an opening planned for mid-May. We will first be at the Vevey market on Saturdays, then in Montreux on selected dates, and on Thursdays at Place de la Riponne in Lausanne throughout the summer (lunchtime and probably evenings).
