Satō coming to Aarau - best news of this year!

Satō represents everything I value in a modern coffee (and matcha!) space: mindful quality and a strong sense of community. Also you introduced me to my new creative fuel - genmatcha 💚

I am very happy that even though I changed cities, I will only have 10 minutes by train to the new location - a place I can stay connected to and actively support. 🧡

Join us for a 2.5-hour home barista course for two, hosted at our SATÕ Roastery, and dive into the craft behind a great cup.

how to dial in coffee, grind, brew, steam milk, and build balanced flavors you can recreate at home — with hands-on guidance throughout.
After the course, we’ll slow things down with an apéro at the roastery — good coffee, relaxed vibes, and time to connect.
