Support a female-driven show that breaks all the rules – from how it's made to who gets to tell the story.

$HARE is a TV series about LENA CORBYN (59) who inherits a British-Swiss mining empire. Instead of buying a yacht, she decides to distribute her wealth fairly. Easier said than done! We’ve already shot the pilot episode in the Swiss Alps, guerrilla-style with a small, fierce crew. Think «Succession» meets «Nomadland,» with snow and a revolutionary twist.

Why?

  • We’re proving that sustainable, independent production is possible
  • We’re telling a story about privilege, power, and having the courage to change the system from within
  • We’re making sure women 50+ are no longer canceled from our TV screens.

$HARE is special because ...

We walk the talk: Just as our protagonist turns her company over to its workers, we’re revolutionizing film production. Equal pay, sustainable practices, shared decision-making - we’re creating a blueprint for a new way of making TV. No private jets, no hierarchy, just pure Alpine creative power!

This is what we need backing for

Filmed near St. Moritz at Europe’s highest winter campsite, the pilot episode is in the can! Your support will help us climb the next mountain and start preparing for the filming of episode 2!

This means:

  • Getting our fearless team back up to 2,000m altitude
  • Turning an Alpine campsite into a film set (again!)
  • Creating more trouble for that British-Swiss mining empire (-;
  • Proving there’s an audience for bold stories about women over 50
