What it's all about
Robert-Clara, Clara-Robert… Everything has been written and said about this couple of musicians. But Clara’s repertory is not played enough. These sentimental ballads are dedicated to Brahms. Remarkable «Chef d’oeuvre», it’s a great pleasure for me to pay tribute to them by burning a CD about them.
What's special about my project
Listening to « Sublime Idylle » is to fall back in the history of 19th century music and piano in Germany where artistic creativity was at its best. But it is also discoverering my cycle of melodies « Anakrôn IV » taken from the swiss poet Corinna Bille’s poems and sung by the soprano Clémence Tilquin.
