I am Patrick, a former shoe developer from Zurich, Switzerland. With years of experience working for the renowned Swiss premium brand Navyboot, I have dedicated myself to creating a sneaker brand that prioritizes sustainability without compromising style.

With the UniCorn ’91, I have designed a sneaker is not only eco-friendly, but it also boasts a sleek and modern aesthetic, making it perfect for both casual and dressy occasions. This sneaker is designed in Switzerland and manufactured in Portugal.

PRODUCTION

We have discovered a small, highly respected shoe production in Felgueiras, Portugal that meets our strict criteria in terms of skills, working conditions, and environmental impact. Furthermore, we are proud to collaborate with a factory that not only shares our values but also produces shoes of the highest quality.

MATERIAL

We’re proud to say that our sneakers are not only fashion-forward, but also environmentally conscious. You can trust that our sneaker is not only look and feel great, but also support your values in promoting sustainability and ethical production.

Our upper material is made of BioVeg, This is an eco-friendly material, made with recycled polyester from plastic bottles and bio polyols, obtained from no-food and GMO-free corn crops. This material has the highest percentage of biomass available on the market – up to 81%.

Lining: Breathable microfiber Insole: Natural cork, production waste foam & recycled rubber Outsole: Recycled rubber & rubber Laces: Certified organic cotton

These materials are GRS, USDA & FSC certified and also PETA-approved.

TEAM

Patrick Kunz, Founder of PK Collective, worked 7 years in the fashion industry and developed shoes under the name of «NAVYBOOT» He always dreamt of creating a sustainable sneaker.

Patrick Rissi, Advisor to PK Collective has extensive knowledge in the area of ESG. Having analyzed the consumer industry, he has a deep understanding about value chains and environmental impacts and has always dreamed of creating a sustainable sneaker.

Mike Saner, Content Creator of PK Collective, he is a talented photographer with a passion for creating stunning visual content.

David Pereira, Sourcing Agent, He is a very skilled shoe sourcing agent based in Portugal with many years of expertise in the field. David has a strong working relationship with his partner Patrick, with whom he has collaborated for several years.
