For example: • a dust extraction system to create a healthier workspace and capture fine particles • precision tools / CNC capabilities to increase accuracy and open up new design possibilities • basic infrastructure upgrades (lighting, electrical, safety) to make the space more efficient and reliable

We’re really proud to announce that our cheese boards made it to the Gonet Geneva Open Tennis Tournament this May 🎾 🤩✨

They’ll be used by Fromagerie Bruand to serve their famous, incredible cheeses during the event…

You’ll also be able to find them in their boutique at Halle de Rive, where they will be available for sale as well.

A big step for us — and a very exciting one.

To work with wood properly — with precision, care, and consistency — the right setup is essential. To get there, 2 key machines will make a huge difference in the workshop.

First, a surface and thickness planer. This machine allows to straighten and flatten boards, and bring them to an exact thickness. It’s essential for creating clean joints and ensuring pieces fit together perfectly — the foundation of any durable piece.

Then, a sliding table saw. This will quickly become one of our most-used tools. It allows to cut large boards safely and accurately, making everyday work smoother and much more precise.

Together, these machines will improve both the quality of what we build and the time it takes to build it.

The total cost of these 2 machines is around CHF 5,000.

Only 20 days to go !

A huge thank you ❤️ to everyone who has supported the project so far ! Your encouragement truly means a lot and is helping bring our small eco-friendly timber workshop in Satigny closer to reality.

Today we wanted to share a glimpse of what this workshop could make possible ! Our long-term vision goes beyond cutting boards and small objects. We hope to create durable solid wood furniture, made locally and designed to last for generations.

Here are a few sketches of furniture that will be made in the workshop :

• a solid wood dining table with a sturdy metal base
• an oak dresser with slatted sides and softly rounded edges
• a coffee table with a patchwork solid wood top, made from beautiful offcuts from larger projects

Parents know that children’s furniture is often surprisingly expensive, yet frequently made from thin panels or materials that don’t last. One part of our vision is also to create simple, solid wood furniture for babies and children — pieces that are sturdy, repairable, and safe. Even if children grow quickly, well-made furniture can grow with them, be passed on to siblings, or continue its life in another home. Instead of something disposable, we believe in objects that accompany a family for years and carry memories with them.

Our design philosophy is simple : – solid wood only – timeless design – minimal waste

Offcuts become smaller objects, and nothing is wasted if it can have a second life.

Bespoak is not just a workshop.

It’s a vision born a long time ago:
to take the time to craft objects that last,
to value every piece of wood,
and to bring meaning back to the way we produce.

That vision truly took shape the day I built, for our wedding, a telephone booth and a sweet cart.


At first, it was just a slightly crazy idea.


Then, piece by piece, raw wood transformed into something filled with meaning.

While building them, I realized something : I love creating pieces that are not only beautiful, but that tell a story and stand the test of time.

That is exactly the spirit of Bespoak.
