Shipping starts next week 📦
Thanks everyone for your patience and excitement over the past several weeks. Due to increasing COVID restrictions, our production and warehouse operations have been slightly modified which led to some delays. We are happy to report that we plan to begin shipping orders next week (the week of November 30). Due to the high volume of orders & modified operations, we expect shipping to continue throughout the month of December.
When your reward has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Lastly, we will begin locking selection surveys on Friday November, 27. Now is a great time to double check your size, style, and address information submitted on the CrowdOx surveys. If you no longer have your survey log-in email, send us a note and we’ll email you a new link.

Thank you to all of our backers for helping us reach our goal and making our project a reality! Due to your support, we reached over 200% of our funding goal and we’re getting ready to start production on our Wool Flats & Loafers.
You should expect to receive the invitation to your Reward Selection Surveys within the next few days. The entire survey process should only take a couple minutes to complete.
The invitation will be sent directly to the email address linked to your wemakeit account. If you don’t see it around that time, you may need to check your spam folder.
We ask that you submit the completed survey as quickly as possible so we can fulfill the orders on time.
IMPORTANT - Please double check your sizing for the new loafers & flats with our updated sizing guide. How does the survey work?
These surveys give you the opportunity to verify your reward, make your selections (i.e. choose a colour, size) as well as verify and validate your shipping address.
You do not need to make a login and password in order to access your survey as you will receive an email with a unique link. If you want to go back to review your info, simply click on the link in your email again.

- I can’t find my survey email
The personalized link will be emailed to the address that you provided when making your pledge. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have lost your survey email, you can submit your email address using this retrieve tool.
- I have moved, how do I edit my address?
You can go back into your survey at any time to update your address.
Once we are ready to prepare your order for shipment, we will lock the order at which point you will not be able to edit your address. Please contact us if you are unable to edit your address.
We are expecting to begin shipping reward orders in November.
