J’ai 34 ans, je travaille comme torréfacteur dans le Jura. Je voulais savoir ce qui se cache derrière une tasse de café. Atterri au Nicaragua, j’en suis tombé amoureux. J’y étais déjà 3 fois et j’ai hâte d’y retourner. La familie Mairena d’Aranjuez est pauvre, mais ils travaillent dur et sont ouverts au monde. Nous sommes devenus de bons amis.
