Dear supporters, We did it! Together, we raised CHF 27,591, going well beyond the goal we had originally set for ourselves! This is the result of months of work carried out with great passion and determination: by Lucia and Marco, who launched the project, supported by Fabrizio, a tireless advocate for the Palestinian cause, and by Riccardo Mattei, an exceptionally efficient organizer of solidarity events throughout the fundraising campaign. On behalf of Asil and Ahmed, we all say: THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! The journey toward welcoming Asil and Ahmed is, however, still a long one and will require the same passion and commitment. We hope you will continue to follow and support these two Palestinian artists. First of all, we will submit as soon as possible their visa applications to enter Switzerland as students enrolled at CISA; if the applications are approved, we will then need to organize their evacuation from Gaza. We will keep you informed about the project’s progress through regular updates.
