Hi Guys, we were busy successfully distributing all the funds generated through this amazing campaign on WE MAKE IT and through our event on October 3rd. In return, we received so much heart-warming gratitude from the creatives in Lebanon and shared them on our Social Media Platforms. Check it out on @creativesxbeirut.
In case you haven’t heard or done so already: We are humbled to be nominated with our initiative among 13 other cool projects for the youngCaritas award. This prize is given to young people who dedicate time and energy to projects with a sustainable and / or humanitarian purpose.
In order to have a chance to win the audience prize of the youngCaritas Award, we need your help!

We are absolutely overwhelmed: We have achieved the goal of the campaign and are incredibly grateful! Not only that: thanks to you we were able to collect over CHF 2000 through We Make It alone. The event on 3 October was also a great success: We collected a total of CHF 7000, which we can now distribute to Lebanese cultural and creative professionals. An indescribable feeling!
Accordingly, we are eager to do the finishing touches. All of you who have donated for a reward will be contacted by us individually.
Beyond that, our initiative goes further: We are nominated for the youngCaritas Award. The award ceremony will take place on 05.12.2020 in Zurich. Cross your fingers for us!
We continue to expand our network and try to implement the initiative in other Swiss cities and in neighbouring countries. After all, cultural and creative professionals need urgent help far beyond our activities. You will find updates on social media!

Nous sommes absolument abasourdis : nous avons atteint l’objectif de la campagne et nous vous en sommes incroyablement reconnaissants ! Et ce n’est pas tout : grâce à vous, nous avons pu collecter plus de 2000 francs suisses uniquement par le biais de l’initiative «We Make It». L’événement du 3 octobre a également été un grand succès : nous avons récolté un total de 7000 francs suisses, que nous pouvons maintenant distribuer aux créateurs et aux artistes libanais. Un sentiment indescriptible !
C’est pourquoi nous travaillons avec enthousiasme à la post-production. Nous contacterons individuellement tous ceux d’entre vous qui ont fait un don pour une récompense.
Au-delà, notre initiative se poursuit : nous sommes nominés pour le prix youngCaritas. La cérémonie de remise des prix aura lieu le 05.12.2020 à Zurich. Croisez les doigts pour nous !
Nous continuons à étendre notre réseau et essayons de mettre en œuvre l’initiative dans d’autres villes suisses et dans les pays voisins. Après tout, les professionnels de la culture et de la création ont besoin d’une aide urgente bien au-delà de nos activités. Vous trouverez des mises à jour sur nos réseaux sociaux !

Wir sind absolut überwältigt: Wir haben das Ziel der Kampagne erreicht und sind unglaublich dankbar! Nicht nur das: Dank euch konnten wir über CHF 2000.- allein über We Make It sammeln. Auch der Event vom 3. Oktober war ein grosser Erfolg: Insgesamt sind CHF 7000 zusammengekommen, die wir nun an libanesische Kultur- und Kreativschaffende verteilen können. Ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl!
Entsprechend sind wir eifrig damit beschäftigt, die Nachbearbeitungen zu tätigen. Alle unter euch, die für eine Belohnung gespendet haben, werden von uns einzeln kontaktiert.
Darüber hinaus geht unsere Initiative weiter: Wir sind für den youngCaritas Award nominiert. Die Preisverleihung findet am 05.12.2020 in Zürich statt. Drückt uns die Daumen!
Wir bauen auch weiterhin unser Netzwerk aus und versuchen die Initiative in weiteren Schweizer Städten und im nahen Ausland umzusetzen. Schliesslich benötigen die Kultur- und Kreativschaffenden noch weit über unser Tun hinaus dringende Hilfe. Updates findet ihr jeweils auf Social Media!
