Beschäftigt sich früh intensiv mit den Werken Bruckners. Hornist bei der Jungen südd. Philharmonie, Studien in Musiktheorie und Komposition bei Rudolf Kelterborn und Wolfgang Neiniger; Orgel bei Guy Bovet (Musikademie Basel, Konzertdiplom mit Auszeichnung).

Lebt als freischaffender Musiker und Musikpublizist in Stuttgart. Publikationen bei Merseburger, Schott, Carus, Spaeth-Schmid.
