I am a cheesemaker for few years, and I've got this projet since the begining.
Passionated about cheesemaking, and also by mountains, I felt in love with Wallis in 2020 where I started to work up in the mountains. This area is ideal, because it combine my passions, and I'm glad to be able to stay here.
