Here, at «Comptoir du Boulevard», we offer a deli store and gourmet recipes inspired by our travels and culinary traditions discovered here and all around the world. Today, we’d like you to join us on our adventure, and we need your support to make our (and your) dream restaurant come true!
Let’s introduce ourselves 👋🏻
We are Charlotte , Charlotte and Romain, a passionate trio 👯🕺🏻 of gastronomy, wine and travel, who share the same love for culinary discoveries. Since we first met 10 years ago during our studies at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, our ties have been forged around taste, good food and the discovery of new flavors! The idea of teaming up on a joint project became an obvious one, and we pulled out our fetish recipes and secret ingredients to bring the «Comptoir du Boulevard» to life.

We are convinced that eating makes everyone happy. Beyond the food itself, it’s also the places, the recipes, the service, the stories told that make you hungry. Today it’s all these pleasures that we fuse to offer a culinary experience of our own.
We hope that entering «Comptoir du Boulevard» will bring the same joy we felt in Nice 🇫🇷, Madrid 🇪🇸, Naples 🇮🇹 or Athens 🇬🇷 when discovering specialties served with appetite by restaurateurs as passionate about their products as us. We’ve brought this emotion back in our suitcases to share them with you.
Cooking brings people together!
For two years now, we’ve been seeking, studying, tasting, cooking and exploring, so that we could open the ideal place and share the recipes we’ve carefully collected in our notebooks. We decided to open «Comptoir du Boulevard» out of love, but also to offer an experience in line with our values and our vision of the world. Traditional recipes revisited with respect. Home-cooked cuisine that recalls the tastes of childhood and the pleasures of travel. Carefully selected local ingredients and products. Sourdough bread from a local bakery, fruits and vegetables from the Geneva region, and artisanal charcuterie. A warm welcome and smiling service. We are convinced that a coffee break is just as valuable as any celebration. Every moment should be a source of pleasure.

What's my support for?
Work has already started, so that we can welcome you this spring. Unfortunately - and if you’ve already had the pleasure to start your own business, you’ll understand that we’ve had a few unpleasant surprises that are putting a damper to our project.
We had, of course, anticipated the possible complications in our budget, but two were added to the long list of problems that arose on site. We’ve therefore decided to launch a crowdfunding campaign, and we’d like to tell you in all transparency what your contributions will be used for.
We had to bring the kitchen’s electrical system up to standard and redo the tiling so that we could cook safely and with peace of mind.

The cooling cell we have recovered, which guarantees hygiene when preserving our preparations and avoids food waste, has been tested and requires major repairs, so we must buy a new one.
