About the Initiators

Domaine des Loyettes is an organic farm in the canton of Vaud.

It is based on three pillars:

-> Soil conservation agriculture using organic and biodynamic production methods
-> Preservation of rare plants and animals
-> Wood-fired processing

Nous sommes Maude Litzistorf et Julien Barbier. Nous nous sommes rencontré il y a 11 ans et tout de suite on a compris qu'on se nourrissait des mêmes idées, valeurs, envies.. Nous co-créons ensemble ce projet depuis 11 ans avec les marchés, les livraisons de catering, nos produits en épiceries etc..
