Hello, Laura. Some other people also reported problems with bank transfers, especially from the USA. There is some difference in the security procedures between US and EU banks, it schould not be the IBAN. Please try again! Maybe with another card? We want to have you in the crowd!

Unable to get the payment through since according to the internet bank there's something wrong with the IBAN. :/
