J’ai 45 ans, je pratique le fitness et plusieurs activités sportives 5 jours/7. Je mange sainement, des plats de saison, gouteux et généreux, respectant le travail des producteurs locaux.
About myself:
I love food, fresh, healthy, seasonal food sourced directly from the producers and I love to cook. I have been doing it for years and now I am going a step further from cooking to friends and family, to cooking in my Food Truck «Le Campagnard», for you. I am 45 years old, athletic, practicing fitness and numerous sports 5 days/7. I eat healthy, tasty, generous dishes respecting the local producers, not wasting, recycling too. Living a healthy life happily.
Preparation:
I have been working 6 months in a restaurant’s kitchen and 6 months in a traiteur’s kitchen to become more professional and efficient. I am now ready.
The story:
Since I can remember, I have always been in the kitchen. My grand-mother and my mother were preparing the meals and I have always given them a hand.
As a young man I continued to cook, testing, experimenting, failing sometimes. Then I could cook for my friends and family. I worked in the tourism field for years but I never stopped cooking. One night, I was riding my motorcycle back home from work on a country-side road when an old man made a u-turn in his van with no lights on, at the end of a curve. I woke up in a hospital bed, with broken bones, broken ribs, burns and bruises. Broken up but I was so lucky to be alive! I had time to think about my life and I realized exactly what I wanted to do with it.
