FOOD-TRUCK (FriJizz):
After careful consideration, I decided to take up a new challenge, therefore to change direction and bring my skills to a new field and to create a link between my interests and my ambitions (Restoration & technology).
For this, I would like to set up a complete project, by watching my video, you will see that the first «campaign» is for the setting up of a Food-truck, working directly with «local suppliers».
It is a question of setting up a Food-truck, with a British-American concept, whose main course is Fish & Chips accompanied by English drinks, by working closely with local suppliers, then in order to widen our assortment, we will add to this calamari, shrimp, so our only limitation will be space.
«Novelty & Innovation»
This project is based on two main axes, «Novelty & Innovation» and this in a continuous way, because I strongly believe in the fact that continuity plays an important role in the evolution and the progression of each field, that these two essential elements nurture the values of each society.
The food truck (FriJizz) aims to offer quality products by working with local suppliers at a reasonable price for consumers.
This is what I need backing for.
FriJizz This crowdfunding will allow me to create the company, buy the Food-truck trailer and its equipment, to do the administrative procedures for the implementation of this food truck:
- Commercial register for the creation of a company
- Order a Food truck trailer
- Possible adaptation and preparation of Food truck for standardization
- License (already in progress)
- Application for an operating license
- Announce the activity to the OFCO
- Commercial police authorization for the start of the activity
