Lokaler Hummus, was für eine tolle Idee! Werde hoffentlich bald zur Stammkundschaft zählen. Ps. Ich liebe guten Hummus, nicht nur weil er ein super, proteinreicher Fleischersatz ist, sondern weil er einfach super lecker schmeckt. Und für die Bauern sind Kichererbsen eine interessante, bodenverbessernde Fruchtfolgealternative.
