Wenn nicht, bitte eine Mail mit der aktuellen Adresse an ania@anialosinger.com. Wegen der CD gibt es ein Problem, das wiederum eine zeitliche Verzögerung nach sich zieht. Unser bewährtes Presswerk in der Schweiz ist Konkurs gegangen. Nun mussten wir zuerst nach passenden Alternativen suchen. Dadurch verzögert sich die Zusendung der CD. If not, please send a mail with the current address to ania@anialosinger.com. Because of the CD there is a problem, which again causes a time delay. Our reliable pressing plant in Switzerland went bankrupt. Now we had to look for suitable alternatives first. This causes a delay in sending the CD. Das Jan Heinke Vinyl-Solo-Album ist unterwegs zu seiner Vollendung. Es liegt jetzt in den Händen der Menschen im Presswerk. Bis Jans Wunsch in physischer Form in unsere und dann umgehend in Eure Hände gelangt, bleibt uns nichts anderes, als zu warten. Und die Vorfreude auszukosten.

The Jan Heinke vinyl solo album is on its way to its completion. It is now in the hands of the people at the pressing plant. Until Jan’s wish reaches our hands in physical form and then immediately yours, there is (almost) nothing left for us to do but wait. And savor the anticipation.

Heute vor genau einem Jahr hat Jan seine letzten Klänge auf dem Stahlcello eingespielt. Das Album, auf dem diese Klänge zu hören sein werden und das dank euch allen entstehen konnte, wird nun gemastert. Der allerletzte Schliff, bevor es ins Presswerk geht (dort werden wir leider mit etwa 2-3 Monaten Wartefrist rechnen müssen). Jan ist präsenter denn je, es scheint uns, er schaue und höre die ganze Zeit über unsere Schultern hinweg zu und lache und freue sich. Exactly one year ago today, Jan recorded his last sounds on the Stahlcello. The album, on which these sounds will be heard and which could be created thanks to all of you, is now being mastered. The very last polish before it goes to the press factory (there we will unfortunately have to reckon with about 2-3 months waiting time). Jan is more present than ever, it seems to us that he is watching and listening over our shoulders all the time, laughing and enjoying himself. We can’t wait to share this music with you! Der Mix für das Jan Heinke Solo-Album ist eben fertig geworden. Jetzt werden wir die Musik noch auf verschiedenen Boxen anhören, dann kommt sie ins Mastering-Studio. Am gleichen Ort wird auch der Cut (Schablone für die Vinylpressung) hergestellt. Gleichzeitig treffen wunderbare Gestaltungsvorschläge der Grafikerin für das Cover ein. Wir lassen sie ohne Hast auf uns wirken. In der Hoffnung, die Musik in diesem Kunstwerk zu visualisieren. Wenn alles abgesegnet ist, kommt es in Paris in ein Presswerk. Die Wartezeit dort bis zur Auslieferung beträgt zur Zeit für Vinyl ungefähr zwei Monate. Die CD werden wir gleichzeitig in der Schweiz drucken lassen und beides gleichzeitig verschicken (also nicht die CD zuerst, auch wenn sie vielleicht schon bereit wäre). Wir wollen das Album mit aller Sorgfalt bis zum Abschluss bringen. Es wird wunderschön! Danke für die Geduld!

The mix for the Jan Heinke solo album has just been finished. Now we will listen to the music on different speakers, then it will go to the mastering studio. The cut (stencil for the vinyl pressing) will also be made at the same place. At the same time, wonderful design proposals from the graphic designer for the cover arrive. We let them work on us without haste. Hoping to visualize the music in this work of art. When everything is approved, it goes to a pressing plant in Paris. The waiting time there until delivery is currently about two months for vinyl. We will have the CD printed in Switzerland at the same time and ship both at the same time (so not the CD first, even if it might be ready). We want to bring the album to completion with all due care. It’s going to be beautiful! Thank you for your patience!

What transpired during this campaign and with your support, matches those words exactly. Thanks again so much, to all of you! We’re on the job - but it will take some patience on your part. The solo album is not expected to be ready until the summer of 2023. The AËR double album will take even longer. So your rewards will be a long time coming. Liebe Unterstützer*innen. Die Tage im Studio waren eine Offenbarung. Jeder Ton wurde in die Hände genommen, sorgfältig geformt und platziert. Jans tiefe, weite Räume, an denen er nächtelang geforscht hatte, breiteten sich vor unseren Ohren aus, klangliche Ereignisse hinterließen Lichtspuren wie Sternschnuppen im dreidimensionalen Raum. Uns kam es vor wie im Kino – mit dem Unterschied, dass die Bilder zu dieser raumfüllenden Musik im eigenen Kopf stattfinden. Die vier Tage haben nicht gereicht, um das ganze Solo-Album fertig zu mischen. Wir werden nochmals eine Session machen. Und wir alle werden uns ohnehin in Geduld üben müßen. Die Rohstoffe für die Vinyl-Herstellung sind knapp, die Wartezeiten erstrecken sich bis zu einem halben Jahr. Anders angeschaut könnten wir uns einfach der Langsamkeit hingeben, die Jan in seiner Kunst zur Königin erhoben hat. Ganz gemäß dem Satz von John A. Wheeler auf unserem ersten gemeinsamen Album «The Lugano Session»: time is what prevents everything from happening at once. Wir danken euch von Herzen für eure Unterstützung und halten euch auch nach dem baldigen Ende dieses Crowdfundings auf dem Laufenden.

Dear supporters. The days in the studio were a revelation. Each sound was carefully taken into consideration, shaped and attentively added to the whole. The deep, wide spaces, which Jan spent nights researching, spread out before our ears, sonic events leaving traces of light like shooting stars in three-dimensional space. We felt as if we were at the cinema - the difference being that the images that accompanied this space-filling music took shape in our own heads. Four days were not enough to finish mixing the whole solo album so we will schedule another session. In any case, we will all have to exercise patience. The raw materials necessary for the production of a vinyl record are scarce, waiting times can stretch up to half a year. From another perspective, we could just indulge in that particular slowness that Jan elevated to queen in his art. According to John A. Wheeler who is quoted on our first joint album The Lugano Session: «time is what prevents everything from happening at once.» We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and will keep you posted on our progress, even after this crowdfunding event has ended.

Jetzt ist der Moment gekommen: Der Klang von Jans Stahlcello wird im Tonstudio mit analoger Konsole geschliffen wie ein roher Diamant. Auf dass er strahle und funkelnd Licht verbreite auf dieser Welt! Danke, dass ihr alle dabei seid.

Sein Klang wird auch ein visuell gestaltetes Gesicht bekommen. Wir arbeiten mit einer Grafikerin zusammen, die sowohl das Solo-Album als auch das AËR-Doppelalbum entwerfen wird. Und wir sind so gespannt, wie Jans Musik in Form, Farbe und Schrift umgesetzt wird. Wie alles zu einem Ganzen Kunstwerk zusammenwächst. Dear supporters and all those who wish to become supporters. It is incredible how this project has grown. At times we have the impression that we can feel Jan’s joy and hear his laughter. His music will also receive a visually designed cover. We are working with a graphic designer who will design both his solo album and the AËR double album. And we are so excited to see how Jan’s music will be translated into shapes, colors and fonts and how it will all come together to form a whole work of art. The solo album, the accompanying CD, the vinyl double album and hopefully the jam-packed CD which will go with it. The voice of the steel cello is the common thread that links everything and which will now also be visually recognizable…. We are so grateful to be able to achieve all of this. Thanks to all of you. Von wemakeit haben wir einen sehr motivierenden Zuspruch erhalten. Wir sind für die nächsten Tage prominent auf der Startseite bei den Lieblingsprojekten aufgeführt. Wie schön! Unterdessen haben wir auch den Studio-Termin für das Jan Heinke Solo Album festmachen können. Mitte Oktober wird diese wunderschöne Musik abgemischt. Wir werden natürlich dabei sein. Es ist stets ein ergreifendes Erlebnis, die «fertigen» Klänge dann in einem akustisch perfekten Raum auf riesigen Boxen hören zu dürfen. We just received encouraging and motivating news. We will now be listed prominently on the wemakeit home page under «favorite projects» for the next few days. How uplifting and energizing! In the meantime we have also been able to set a date with the studio for creating the Jan Heinke solo album. In the middle of October his beautiful music will be mixed. We will, of course, be there. It is always a deeply moving experience to listen to the «finished» sounds in an acoustically perfect room on huge speakers. But until then, there are still a lot of details we need to work on. Das ganze Projekt rund um Jans Musik, die er im Zusammenhang mit uns geschaffen hat, wächst auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Im letzten Kapitel «Unsere Geschichte» könnt ihr von AËR und unseren letztjährigen gemeinsamen Aufnahmen lesen. Unterdessen hat sich herauskristallisiert, dass aus diesen Aufnahmen ein Vinyl-Doppelalbum entstehen soll. Eine Platte enthält die «Spheres» mit drei langen Ambientstücken. Die zweite Platte enthält die «Sculptures» – eine kontrastreiche Abfolge kurzer kraftvoller Stücke. Der Klang kommt aus Stahlcello, Xala und Fender Rhodes. (Das Vinyl-Doppelalbum ist bereits teilfinanziert). Ob wir daraus auch noch eine CD-Version drucken können, wird der Ausgang dieses Crowdfundings entscheiden. Thanks to all of you, there will now also be a CD version of the Jan Heinke solo album featuring Stahlcello. It is such a great joy! The entire project which evolved around Jan’s music and which he created together with us, is expanding on different levels. In the last paragraph of the project «Our Story» you can read about AËR and the recordings we made together last year. In the last few months a plan cristalized to publish these recordings as a double album on vinyl. One of the records will contain the «Spheres» which are three long, ambient pieces. The second record will contain the «Sculptures» - a contrasting sequence of short and powerful pieces. The sound comes from the Stahlcello, Xala and Fender Rhodes. (A part of the double vinyl album is already financed). The outcome of this crowdfunding will determine whether we can print a CD version of this double album as well. In any case, we want continue to do everything in our power to ensure that Jan’s musical legacy is preserved. Please share this link with many people so we can succeed! Thank you.

We are happy and deeply moved to see Jan’s vinyl solo album become a reality. Thanks to all of you, our goal was reached in a very short time. As we are still only at the beginning of our campaign, we would like to use the remaining time to respond to your requests for a CD production with the same content as the Vinyl.
