The Out Home Working project, currently under construction, consists in making working spaces available for single or multiple use to all professionals who need an office temporarily, to domicile their business, to have off-site support, to organize a meeting or presentations.

My project is special because ...

The peculiarity of this project is presented in three main aspects:

1. Exclusive location in the center of Lugano in an early 20th century building, close to Parco Ciani and the lake.
2. Offices that can be rented for an hour or more
3. The first office in Ticino entirely furnished with cardboard and cork furniture.
4. The first office with a no-stress room and the BOB mannequin

This is what I need backing for.

I launched into this project because I believe in it and invested everything I had. It is a project that benefits professionals, in particular the younger ones, beginners and those not so young, like me, highly qualified who, however, find themselves at a crossroads after the age of 50: entering assistance or relaunching themselves in the world of I work with a new company. The Out Home Working spaces are the first step, which allows the young entrepreneur to be able to move without excessive logistical expenses. It is also supported by a group of professionals who can offer ad hoc consultancy at a subsidized cost. I need support to continue improving my product so that it can be more efficient and attractive to the end user who must derive an economic and personal benefit from it. Out Home Working was conceived to make money and concentrate one’s working time by giving more space to one’s personal one, thanks to a healthy and tailor-made environment.
