This is what it's all about.
Manufaktur Bernhardsberg stands for high-quality products made from our agricultural produce. Now we would like to produce our own pasta with the organic eggs from our chickens. To do this, we need a suitable machine with various molds. We also need packaging and small items so that we can present and sell our products in our farm stores and at our other points of sale.
Numerous gardening activities are a prerequisite for a good yield, which we later process into our own high-quality products. 
Ecological pest control 
Our small farm store on the Bernhardsberg delights walkers who also love our great location on a hill between Oberwil, Therwil and Biel-Benken. 
In our kitchen, farm produce is processed into high-quality products. 
Various types of jam, mustard, vinegar, syrup and more are produced. 
Most of the work, including labeling, is done by hand. 
My project is special because ...
The Bernhardsberg residential and work integration center in Oberwil offers living and working opportunities to adults with mental disabilities. Self-determination and social participation are promoted on an individual basis. A meaningful daily structure opens up career prospects. We achieve this not least thanks to our farm with a large garden and happy chickens.
IMPORTANT ADDITION: Our hens lay eggs in summer and winter, which is why we can also offer meaningful employment in the winter months with this pasta project.
We also offer apprenticeships in our kitchen for residential and work integration. 
Working and learning with hoofed animals is part of our farming business. 
There are many activities around our company that can be carried out as part of our work integration. 
With our Ruggewind workspace, we offer team events for companies as well as children's birthday parties. 
This is what I need backing for.
In our production, we work with manageable equipment and a lot of manual work. For pasta production, however, we need a pasta machine with various dies. Unfortunately, the purchase of these is beyond our budget. For this reason, we are grateful for any support!
