Taking over the Castel de Bois Genoud restaurant - a dream come true!
Taking over this restaurant is a real family project that is taking shape. I, Nathan, head chef, took my first steps in the kitchen here as an apprentice almost 15 years ago. I already secretly dreamed of one day making it my restaurant. My brother-in-law Damien and I had been planning for a long time to join forces to create the establishment of our dreams. And today, this wonderful opportunity is becoming a reality…

Le Castel, a unique location between farm and forest
In this idyllic setting, we offer:
-A bistronomic restaurant: local, seasonal cuisine sourced from the estate’s biodynamic farm and other local organic producers.
-A lounge: a cozy tea room offering a wide range of barista-made drinks, a variety of homemade pastries, and light snacks. A space to relax and unwind, which also welcomes remote workers.
-art exhibitions, musical events, and other activities…
-a unique setting to celebrate your events, large and small (weddings, baptisms, various celebrations, and corporate parties)
