With the heatwave making a comeback, please make sure to store your bars properly during the summer months:

• Store in a cool, dark place – a basement or the coolest room in your home is ideal
• Keep them in a closed cupboard, away from direct light and heat
• Avoid the fridge – this can cause fat bloom, which slightly affects texture and taste

If you notice a light white coating (fat or sugar bloom), don’t worry – the bars are still perfectly safe and enjoyable. It’s just a cosmetic/texture thing 🍫

Now, a few important notes as we get ready to ship:

🌡️ Summer Weather = Delicate Logistics


The warm temperatures are a bit of a challenge for chocolate, so we’re planning to send most of the parcels with priority shipping next week (21-25.07). 
That said, we’re keeping a close eye on the weather forecast to avoid any meltdowns (literally!).

👉 If you’re currently on holidays 🏖️ or prefer to receive your package later, or if your shipping address has changed, just drop us a quick message at contact@moonchy.com – we’re happy to adjust!
