Time flies - it’s almost been a week since our campaign came to an end. Thank you very much for your support again! Only because of you there will be the NICE Edition Abidjan! Our contributors from the Ivory Coast say thank you as well!

Since we now have sufficient financial means for printing and distributing the output, Hammer has started with the layout. The latest texts and contributions have been handed in to us during this past week. Now the editing, translating, the postproduction of the pictures etc. start.

Despite limited budget and resources, we work in overdrive and give our best to deliver as soon as possible. Be prepared, it’ll take about three months ’till you hold the printed edition in your hands. But we can guarantee you that the content will be great and unique!

Die Zeit fliegt – es ist schon fast eine Woche her seit unsere Kampagne zu Ende ging. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Euch alle! Nur wegen Euch wird es die NICE Edition Abidjan geben! Hier ein kleiner Dankesgruss von allen Beitragenden aus der Elfenbeinküste!

Da wir nun genügend Mittel für den Druck und Vertrieb der Ausgabe haben, hat Hammer umgehenden mit dem Layout der Ausgabe begonnen. Letzte Texte und Beiträge sind im Verlaufe der Woche bei uns eingetroffen. Nun geht es ans Redigieren, Übersetzen, die Postproduktion der Bilder etc.

Trotz limitiertem Budget und beschränkten Ressourcen, arbeiten wir auf Hochtouren und geben uns Mühe, dass wir so bald wie möglich lieferen können. Macht Euch aber alle darauf gefasst, dass es rund drei Monate dauern wird, bis ihr die Ausgabe gedruckt in den Händen haltet. Wir garantieren Euch dafür aber, dass der Inhalt toll und einzigartig wird!

Hurray! We have reached our initial goal of 25’000.- and have still 6 days left to campaign. Wow! This was only possible with your great support. Thank you so much! You rock!

Now the real challenge starts: We’ve decided to neither stop nor relax. We would like to go further and reach more! What a weekend. You wow us! After only three days we already reached more than 30% of the total support needed and have passed the CHF 10’000 mark this morning. Hooray!
