By supporting our project, you are also supporting the local music scene!
We’re all passionate about music, aren’t we?
Our generation has seen the evolution of vinyl records, the arrival of CDs, MP3, then streaming… and now, in recent years, the comeback of vinyl records, that remains the most popular musical media in the world at the moment.
Today record stores are visited like art galleries and there is a reason behind it all! As for the groups, the majority of artists want to release their vinyl album. The covers are beautiful, there is a nostalgic and audiophile feeling to it… In short, everyone wants it! It’s all awesome, but we don’t have a record pressing workshop in Switzerland! Swiss artists, labels, various artistic and cultural organisations, as well as independent orchestras and musical groups have to press their vinyl records abroad, which creates a large number of constraints linked to foreign bureaucracy, production and delivery time, transport costs and custom fees, all this doesn’t contribute to ecology and local economy.
Doca Vinyl is a cultural association whose objective is the creation of a vinyl record pressing workshop in Switzerland to meet local demand. Since its birth, our association has been doing research to put ecology first: recycling will be used from the beginning and in the near future, our goal is to create a 100% eco-vinyl record. So far, we have raised some funds with our own investments, we have found a venue and we are on the trail of a great machine.
Despite everything, we are still short of money. So we need you to make this dream come true! By supporting our project, you are also supporting the local music scene! Please feel free to share this video with your friends. We hope to make you listen to our first vinyl record very soon! Greetings from the Doca Vinyl Team!

Our future vinyl press was the first computer-controlled automatic machine introduced in the 1970s.
