1 hour. You have the opportunity to have private online or if nearby live yoga class of pranayama or yogic breathing practice. The practice will include small joint movement and various breathing techniques according your need and state of health. Yogi berthing can heal body condition , calm the mind , bring balance and enhance your vitality, energy and strength.
Yoga teacher is Antonia. She teaches yoga from 20 years and studied mainly in India, Himalayas by spending there 6 years. She have been assistant of the several time champion of yoga of Asia, Pinki Ghangas . Antonia was teacher of yoga and meditation in teacher training courses in Rishikesh and was conducting yoga retreats in Europe. Now is at the end of her PhD studies in Indology department of Sofia University. Antonia is a teacher of some celebrities and is very trusted and valued. The classes will be according your personals needs , health issues or any aim you have.

We are an beautiful yoga space with teachers studied in Himalayas, who offer individual and group yoga classes. Currently we run project in a school in Sofia, by introducing short sessions of yoga and meditation in school class and measure levels of concentration in students with professional tests, which definitely go up after yoga.
