Yoga Himalaya

We are an beautiful yoga space with teachers studied in Himalayas, who offer individual and group yoga classes. Currently we run project in a school in Sofia, by introducing short sessions of yoga and meditation in school class and measure levels of concentration in students with professional tests, which definitely go up after yoga.
