Hello, I’m Jimena — entrepreneur, mom of two, and Wollishofen resident.
Ever since I moved here, I felt there was something missing in the neighborhood: a cozy, vibrant space where people could enjoy true barista-quality coffee, healthy bites, and fresh pastries — all made with care and exceptional ingredients.
Today, I’m taking the leap to bring this dream to life — and I’d love your help.

Here’s what you can expect:
☕ Premium Swiss-roasted barista coffee, made to perfection — no low-grade machines, no shortcuts. 🥐 Pastries made fresh daily by a professional baker and served just out of the oven. 🍓 Juices from Swiss farms, cold-pressed and full of flavor and nutrients. 🥑 Gourmet sandwiches, prepared every morning using fresh ingredients. Join our «Premium Sandwich Club» with options like grilled chicken, turkey, or falafel — layered with avocado, dried tomatoes, gorgonzola or gouda cheese, rucola, and our signature sauce. 🍞 Breads made with Ruchmehl, oats, seeds, and olives, baked locally and served with Swiss butter and honey. 🥣 100% Brazilian açaí, the real one — not watered down. We’re sourcing it directly to bring you the rich, authentic flavor missing in most bowls in Switzerland. 🥛 We’ll offer fresh Swiss cow’s milk, as well as oat and almond milk to meet all preferences.
Our café is built on quality, transparency, and local values — we’re choosing every supplier for their excellence and ethics.
Why am I doing this?
🧡 Why I’m Launching This I believe in the power of local businesses to bring people together. I want this café to be more than a place to grab a drink — I want it to become a part of the community.
A place where:
- Parents meet after daycare drop-off.
- Freelancers work with great Wi-Fi and greater coffee.
- Neighbors connect over healthy meals and sweet treats. Currently, there is only one pastry offering in the area, and coffee is often made from basic commercial machines with little focus on quality. My goal is to elevate the experience — without compromising warmth or affordability.

To turn this dream café into reality, I need your support to cover the essential startup costs — including a professional espresso machine, juice press, fresh ingredients from local suppliers, cozy furniture, and branding materials.
