My name is Elisa, and I’ve been passionate about pastry since I was a child. This crowdfunding will help me create a cookie bar! I want to offer thick, ultra-soft New York–style cookies with original flavors, along with comforting coffees, lattes, matchas, and hot chocolates. Thanks to the crowdfunding, I will transform this place into a signature cookies & drinks spot—a cozy place where people can relax, meet, and enjoy my creations. The back area will become a production lab with professional equipment so everything can be made on site with the highest quality (oven, mixers, equipment, etc.). To make it accessible for everyone, you’ll be able to enjoy cookies on site, take them away, or order them for your events. A delivery service for La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel is also planned.

Opening this cookie bar will help bring new life to the center of Saint-Imier by introducing a concept that doesn’t currently exist in the region.
As a passionate pastry lover, I searched for good cookies near me for a long time without really finding any. So I decided to create them myself, and after a lot of research and many tests, I finally found the recipes I consider perfect. I naturally wanted to share them with you, and that’s how the idea of this cookie bar was born.
You’ll find cookies in classic and original flavors, in a New York–style format, such as:
- Tiramisu
- Pistachio
- Raspberry
- Matcha Flavor of the month and many more.
The place will be modern and welcoming, allowing young people, families, and all cookie lovers to enjoy a warm and friendly moment together.
