Fondateur et producteur des liqueurs Cuzco, Patrick Caprotti a longtemps travaillé dans la R&D dans le domaine du café pour ensuite se former en gestion d’entreprise, en marketing, en stratégie d’entreprise. Passionné par les projets et les création d’entreprise, la suite logique sera d’ouvrir un ou plusieurs Cuzco Bar pour servir les liqueurs Cuzco sous différentes formes (apéritif, cocktails)
