A mother-daughter project Muse & Gaïa was born from a dream shared by Aniela and Diana: to create a specialty coffee shop in Cossonay – a warm, human-scale space devoted to slowness, inspiration, and the rediscovery of authentic aromas. A refined, green, artisanal place designed to awaken the senses and reconnect with joyful living. Our motto: «Take the time to savour, let yourself be inspired, and fully enjoy each sip.»
Why Muse & Gaïa? A fusion of inspiration and nature: • Muse stands for creativity, art, intuition, and beauty – the essence of a space where you come to dream, write, reflect, and taste. • Gaïa represents Earth, life, the origin of true things – roots, raw quality, and authentic flavours. This duo expresses a soft yet determined energy. Muse & Gaïa is a sensory refuge for mindful epicureans – a hidden gem of simple elegance and inspired delight.
About me After over 20 years in the media (TV, radio) and film industry, I wanted to start a new chapter rooted in creativity, connection, and hospitality. I’m thrilled that my daughters share this passion – they are creative, full of ideas, and driven by strong values.

My project is special because ...
Our goals ☕ Celebrate specialty coffee: Exceptional beans, artisanal roasting, and preparation that respects terroir and flavour. Enjoy complex aromas – floral brightness from Ethiopia, wild depth from Sumatra, milky smoothness from Colombia.
