Die one world foundation ist ein Projekt fairen Austauschs: Das Bildungsprojekt Free Education Unit, eine Schule für über 1’100 Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in Sri Lanka, wird durch die Einnahmen des liebevoll geführten Ayurveda Guesthouse ermöglicht. Ein Artists / Writers in Residence Programm macht die owf auch zu einem Ort der Kunst und Literatur.
