Ce projet a un impact considérable : il s’attaque au gaspillage alimentaire directement à sa source, c’est-à-dire dans nos cuisines. Les recettes et les techniques uniques, délicieuses et durables du chef Jo donnent du pouvoir à chacun.
C'est un véritable plaisir et un privilège de soutenir cette cause. Parfois, la solution aux défis mondiaux se trouve chez soi.

I think this a very innovative and original idea - highlighting some significant global issues at the same time as communicating her passion for food. I admire the time and effort being put into making the project a success. As a sailor myself, I look forward to some really useful tips from Jo!
