It is so rare to get real sourdough bread and I don’t have the time to bake it myself. So I love Freja’s concept and want to support it. Also, I read about Sarah’s story at the Coop magazine a few years back and it stuck with me

My father was an advocate for traditional bread making and he promoted old grain cultivation. Through supporting Freja I honor his legacy.
